Know Before You Go

• Must be 21+ to book any of our watercrafts
• Every boat charter will have a captain
• Call or Book in advance we are appointment based
• Captain fee is 20% of booking total
• Babies and Children count toward the max capacity of the boat, we do not provide life jackets for infants

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to booking start time as the time you booked is the time the rental begins. We have multiple bookings per day please respect the return time, failure to bring the rental back at the return time will result in a 150$ fee, if late more than 30 minutes the fee will be 300$.

• No sticky or powdery snacks
• Absolutely ZERO SMOKING on the boat, failure to comply or cause burn damage to the boat will result in a 500$ fee.
• If the boat is completely trashed after the booking a 200$ cleaning fee will be charged.
• Any bodily fluids on the boat will be an additional 300$ fee.

• Liquor Glass Bottles are okay
• No glass beer bottles
• Food is allowed please just clean up after yourselves

With every boat rental we provide:

• Cooler (no ice)
• Lily Pad
• Large JBL bluetooth speaker
• Every charter will have a captain
• Captain's fee is 20% of the charter total

• We will meet at Volante Beach Resort & Waterpark
• Charter begins at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival
• Marina entrance fee is 5$ per person, 10$ per car. This also gives complete access to the park and resort. The 5$ per person is collected by us on their behalf via Venmo or cash.

• Weather in Austin is very sporadic so weather cancellations will be determined day of the rental
• Full refund will be given if we are unable to fulfill your booking due to dangerous weather
